Valencia Race Recap – Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe 2026

Citimarine Motorsports and EST1 Team experienced an unforgettable weekend in Valencia during the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe, with Javier Ripoll Jr. delivering a historic performance for the team.

From the very beginning, Javier showed strong pace and determination throughout the sessions, setting the tone for what would become a milestone weekend.

In Race 1, Javier drove flawlessly from start to finish, demonstrating confidence, control, and championship-level focus. After an intense battle on track, he crossed the finish line in 1st place, securing his first ever win in this championship, a huge achievement for both Javier and the entire EST1 team.

Race 2, however, brought unexpected challenges. While fighting to stay competitive, Javier was forced to retire due to car issues, resulting in a DNF in the final lap. Despite the setback, the team’s performance and Race 1 victory remain a major highlight of the season.

Now, all eyes turn to the final round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe, taking place this weekend in Barcelona. The team is more motivated than ever to finish the season strong.
