Estoril Race Recap – Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe 2026

Citimarine Motorsports and EST1 Team delivered an outstanding performance at Estoril during the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe, with Javier Ripoll Jr. putting together one of the strongest weekends of the season so far.

From the start of the event, the pace was clear. Javier showed incredible speed and confidence throughout the sessions, and the weekend reached an exciting milestone when he secured Pole Position in qualifying, proving the team’s strong preparation and perfect execution on track.

In Race 1, Javier drove with precision and consistency, staying focused under pressure and fighting at the front from start to finish. He crossed the line in 2nd place, earning the first podium of the weekend and valuable points for the championship.

In Race 2, Javier continued to deliver the same strong rhythm and determination, once again competing at the highest level and maintaining a clean and controlled drive. He finished 2nd place again, securing his second podium of the weekend and confirming an incredible overall result at Estoril.

With Pole Position + two podium finishes (P2 in both races), Citimarine Motorsports and EST1 Team leave Estoril with strong momentum and even more motivation for the next round.
